No meal, party or event is truly complete without a variety of bread and TARALLI, in Puglia (Apulia – Italy).
TARALLI is the perfect snack (borrel) for everyone. The crunchy taralli are also delicious as a starter, with hearty cheeses, Italian salami, and varied antipasti. Or as a side dish, good dip in olive oil, tapenades or pesto!
My speciality is making TARALLI Foomè for you. These round little rings of deliciousness are made by hand at home in Rotterdam (NL) I use high-quality ingredients such as whole flour, extra virgin olive oil, and white wine. They come in a variety of flavours:
- CLASSIC (natural): Extra virgin olive oil, white wine*, Flour 00, water and sea salt.
- PEP&LEM (pepper and lemon zest): Extra virgin olive oil, white wine*, Flour 00, water, sea salt, pepper and lemon zest*.
- FENNEL (fennel seeds): Extra virgin olive oil, white wine*, Flour 00, water, sea salt, fennel seeds.
- RUSTICA ( raisins and onion): Extra virgin olive oil, white wine*, Flour 00, water, sea salt, onion, and raisins*.
